If your purchase fails to meet your expectations and would like to cancel you mobile marketing subscription, simply mail us your cancellation notice indicating your name, email address, order id and desire to cancel your subscription to the following address.

Please note: There is a 30 day subscription cancellation notice and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom signage purchased. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by RealtyText Inc.

Shipping Policy

Your sign order will ship by UPS or Canada Post from our Vancouver BC warehouse within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders received AFTER 12 noon (PST) will be processed the next business day. A minimum Shipping & Handling Charge of $15.00 for shipping by UPS or Priority Mail will be added to your order.

If you need special handling for your order: Note: Signs larger that the standard 6”x 24” size, or for express delivery. Please contact us at 1.877.840.8398 or via email at sales@realtytext.ca for assistance. Shipping Charges for special handling services will be charge at the prevailing rate and will be added to your order.
