Do I have to sign a contract?

There are no contracts to be signed. The RealtyText messaging solution is a subscription-based service billed at $69.95/month.

How many property codes are included in the monthly subscription?

Unlimited!!! That's correct...set up as many property codes as you need!!! Start off with ten...twenty...fifty...however many you need and your monthly subscription of $69.95/month will not change. Upgrade or downgrade the number of codes at any time through our website.

Is there a signup fee?

There are no signup fees for the RealtyText mobile marketing service.

Do you have a referal program?

Yes, every time someone subscribes to the RealtyText mobile messaging service and enters your name in the designated referral box, you will receive a 1-month subscription credit.

What is the cost for each custom code listing sign?

There is a one-time charge of $9.95/custom code set-up. Price includes your monthly text inquiries, property code creation, custom signage and delivery/shipping.

How does a subscriber to the RealtyText Messaging Service edit/view the property information sent to a mobile phone?

The subscriber would login to the website and enter the pertinent information about the listing property. i.e address, price, sqft, lease rate, listing description (maximum of 136 characters of text space) and create a mobile website where you can include additional details and upload a total of 5 pictures.

How do potential buyers/renters access the property information?

Potential buyers/renters would see your listing sign, advertisement, or any marketing material that has your unique "Property ID" and text number REALTY (732589).

The potential buyer/renter would then text your unique "Property ID" to REALTY (732589) and the information is instantly sent to their mobile phone or wireless email device with the listing information you entered on the website for that specific property. They can also view additional details and photos on your mobile webpage.

What is a Mobile Webpage? And is there an additional charge for this?

The mobile webpage is a specially designed website created for optimal viewing on web enabled handheld devices. We include this service free of charge for each property ie. www.realtytext.ca/yourpropertycode where you can add additional information about your listing and display up to 5 photos. This is a great feature where you can also include a link to other listings you may want to market.

Do I need to know programming language or install software on my computer?

No, you simply logon to the website and enter the information in the predefined text boxes and upload picture (optional). Creating a listing is as simple as sending an email with an attachment.

How do I view my lead and call back information?

You receive automated "Mobile Alerts" (free optional feature) to your handheld device when ever a prospective buyer/renter requests information about one of your listings. You can also logon to the website and view the activity details for each property.

Does the prospective buyer/renter have to pay for the text message information received?

No, this is a free listing inquiry service provided by RealtyText and we do not charge the prospective buyer/renter for the information. They may, however, be charged based on their individual wireless plan.
